Privacy Policy

iTeamsOS is an invite-only work OS. We collect only what is needed to run your workspace: account email, name, role, company membership, and the work data you enter (projects, tasks, sprints, daily logs, effort hours).

Authentication uses server-side password hashes (bcrypt) and signed session tokens (JWT). Passwords are never stored in plaintext. Tenant data is scoped to your company on the server.

We do not sell personal data. Optional email delivery (invites, enquiry forms) is sent via Resend when configured. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the product app.

To request deletion of your account or company workspace, email the operator who invited you, or contact IAgent Labs via the quote form on the homepage. Deletion is handled manually for invite-only deployments.
